If you are looking for a new interest and an opportunity to make new friends, come and try our monthly afternoon demonstrations at Parbold Village Hall, The Green, Parbold, Lancashire WN8 7ND.
New members and visitors are most welcome. New member subscriptions cost £34 per annum and our visitor’s fee is just £6 per meeting and includes refreshments. Our meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month (except during August, December & January) at 1.30pm and finish approx 4pm
The demonstrators who visit Parbold & District Flower Club are all National Association of Flower Arrangement Society trained to either area or national level. They demonstrate approx 5 arrangements each meeting which we can all sit and enjoy. They are all linked to their chosen title for the afternoon and the accompanying chat is usually fun and informative. The lovely floral designs are raffled off at the end of the meeting – with lots of lucky winners taking home the fantastic flower arrangements.

Anyone can go into a flower shop or a supermarket and buy flowers to put into a vase, but knowing how to create your own truly original arrangement is so much more satisfying.
People are buying more flowers than ever before and not just for gifts, but for themselves and their homes. Great emphasis is placed on colour and furnishings and even a simple floral arrangement can transform a room at very little expense. Of course, there are some do’s and don’ts and basic style techniques to learn, and this is where membership of a flower club comes in.
We are lucky that in Parbold & District we have a thriving and busy afternoon Flower Club whose aim is to inspire and encourage members and guests to enjoy flower arranging and learn how to use flowers creatively by watching experienced demonstrators.
This year we are celebrating our Sapphire Anniversary – 45 years enjoying the beauty of flowers. Come along and join in the fun.

We are lucky that in Parbold & surrounding district we have a thriving and busy afternoon Flower Club at Parbold Village Hall.
It’s 51 years since our flower club opened in Parbold so Covid isn’t going to stop us meeting safely each month in 2021. We’ve got a super line up of fantastic Demonstrators to enjoy each month – so come along and experience a relaxing afternoon watching how to make your flowers even more beautiful.

Parbold & District Flower Club are looking forward to welcoming members and visitors back to our club in 2022.
We meet at Parbold Village Hall, the Green, Parbold on the dates listed below. Doors open at 1pm for a chat and a cuppa. Demo starts at 1.30pm and finishes approx 4pm.
